Two Sumatran Tigers announced at Lincoln Children’s Zoo
A big announcement for the Lincoln Children’s Zoo!
Two new tigers have arrived at the zoo.
They’re Sumatran Tigers, their name’s are Kumar and Axl, and they’re part of the new expansion that opens May 10th.
They have been acclimating to their new home in Lincoln, and are part of a conservation effort.
Sumatran Tigers are a critically endangered species, with less than 500 of them remaining in the wild.
