Seward Public Schools says in honor of Week of the Young Child, Mr. Placke’s students teamed up with preschoolers from Bright Beginnings to gather trash around the school and make the World a little brighter!

Lincoln North Star Tennis said, congratulations to all these young women for the third place finish at Kearney Doubles!

Lincoln Parks and Rec said, earlier this week, Mayor Chris Beutler presented the Mayor’s Award of Excellence for March to Jim Portis, NW District Supervisor!

Jim worked for them for more than 36 years and just retired last month!
