UNLPD investigates sexual assault near East Campus

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Police at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln said Tuesday that they are investigating a sexual assault.

The assault happened between Friday and Sunday near East Campus, according to the UNL Police Department.

It was at an off-campus university-approved housing unit near Idylwild Drive and Holdrege Street, UNLPD said.

Police said they are looking for a man about 19 years old with brown hair and brown eyes.
