LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are seeking help in the search for three men who vandalized an east Lincoln home last month.

Around 2 a.m. on Oct. 27, three girls were walking back to their sorority on Nebraska Wesleyan’s campus when a truck drove by.

The truck’s mirror hit one of the girls in the shoulder, according to police.

The three men inside the truck started yelling at the girls, who also yelled back, leading to an argument, police said.

The girls went into their building.  The three men then exited the truck and started banging on the front door before ripping the handle off.

Security video captured an image of the three men.

Police are also searching for two people who stole a Ford F-150 near 35th and Apple streets.

The keys had been left in the truck’s ignition.

The truck was later recovered near 31st and N streets four days later, according to police.

Investigators have processed the truck for DNA and fingerprints, which are pending at this time.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
