LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Nebraska men’s basketball is gathering donations Sunday for the U.S. Marines Toys for Tots Drive.

Fans can donate new, unwrapped toys or cash during the game against North Florida.  The game is set to tip off at 3 p.m.

The U.S. Marines will be stationed at both Pinnacle Bank Arena entrances to accept donations, Nebraska Athletics said.

Tickets for the game can be found on the Huskers’ website.

Nebraska is 5-1 on the season, which includes a road win over in-state rival Creighton.

The Huskers most recently routed South Dakota earlier this week at home, when Connor Essegian sank six from beyond the arc.  He finished the game with 29 points.

After Sunday’s game, Nebraska heads to East Lansing, Michigan, to face the Spartans in its first conference matchup of the season.
