12-year-old Beatrice boy dies from Flu
A 12-year-old Beatrice boy has died from complications from the flu, according to Harman Wright Mortuary.
Draven Alexander Findeis passed away Dec. 26th at Children’s Hospital and Medical Center in Omaha.
His funeral service is schedule for 2 p.m. Monday.
His parents say he was an avid artist and loved Legos, cartoons and video games.
He was sixth grader at Beatrice Middle School.
He is survived by his mother, Holly Jones and father Eric Findeis.
They are urging others to get the flu shot in honor of his memory, in lieu of flowers.
