NSP: Click It Or Ticket Enforcement results

16 people were given DUI’s this holiday weekend by the Nebraska State Patrol.

One of those was for driving under the influence of drugs, the others alcohol.

NSP also gave out 500 speeding tickets.

This is part of their Click It Or Ticket campaign during the Thanksgiving holiday.

It was made possible due to a grant from the Nebraska Dept. of Transportation.

The amount was $20,000, to account for overtime and extra troopers.,

The enforcement took place from Nov. 21st to Nov. 25th.
