Road construction on Normal Blvd. starting Wednesday
Construction will shut down parts of Normal Blvd. beginning Wednesday.
Normal will be closed between Van Dorn and 62nd Street as crews repair water mains.
City officials say there may be temporary closures to 70th Street as well.
There will be digital message signs to alert drivers.
Access to businesses and residences will be maintained.
Construction is expected to be finished by Tuesday, Nov. 20th.
