Five arrested in narcotics investigation at north Lincoln home

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Five people were arrested Thursday amid a narcotics investigation at a north Lincoln home, police say.

Around 5:45 p.m., the LPD Swat Team and Lincoln-Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force served a search warrant at the home near 24th and Potter streets.

Police said the search was part of an ongoing narcotics investigation that determined meth was being sold at the home.

Inside, investigators found meth, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, cash and multiple guns, according to police.

Five people — Frennel Henderson, Papay Quiah, Rebecca Coulter, Ericka Holder and Alysha Canfield — were taken into custody.

Henderson was arrested on suspicion of felony drug charges and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

Quiah is facing two charges of possessing a firearm by a prohibited person.  The other three people were charged on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

A 38-year-old Lincoln man, who is suspected of overdosing on drugs, was taken to a hospital, police said.  He will be cited and lodged after being released.
