New Facebook hoax

You may have received a message, maybe even sent a Facebook message lately, warning other users their page may have been cloned.

Well–this message is fake.

The message states that a your friend got another request from you, and to check your account, then forward the message to your friends.

But Facebook says there’s no known uptick in cloned accounts.

People are spreading the message out of fear of being cloned.
