Rabid bat found in Omaha middle school
Students at an Omaha middle school may have been exposed to a rabid bat.
The Douglas County Health Dept. said that a bat found at Morton Middle School last Friday has tested positive for rabies.
Health officials have notified parents at the school.
A small group of students were seen around the bat, and officials say that if anyone had physical contact with it to contact their doctor as soon as possible.
