Puppy thief caught on camera in Omaha

Omaha Police are looking for a puppy thief–and they need your help.

This dognapper swiped a puppy from an animal control van in broad daylight last Friday.

The Nebraska Humane Society was taking four dogs because the landlord was evicting the tenants.

NHS was going to hold them until the owners could pick them up.

A neighbor was filming next door and caught the person in the act.

The humane society is offering a $1,000 reward for "Lucky."
