Possible plan for a new homeless facility in Lincoln

Homelessness is a growing problem nationwide, and it’s prevalent in Lincoln too.

Now, an organization wants to step in hand by raising walls on a new homeless shelter in the Capital City.

The International American Relief Society wants to buy a property near 27th and Superior for housing and vocational training for young men.

The organization will also provide transportation for those in need.

It’s called the Building For Change Campaign.
