Nebraska’s Big Ten tournament run comes to an end in quarterfinals

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Nebraska women’s basketball team fell to UCLA 85-74 on Friday night in the quarterfinals of the Big Ten tournament.

Britt Prince tied her career high with 24 points on 9-of-15 shooting.
Prince went 4-for-5 from deep.

Senior Alexis Markowski finished with 11 points, four rebounds and two blocks in her final conference tournament game.
The Huskers finished the regular season and Big Ten tourney with a 21-11 record, going 10-8 in the Big Ten.
Selection Sunday for the March Madness tournament is March 16 at 7 p.m.
