Driver cited after rollover crash in downtown Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A vehicle rolled over Tuesday afternoon in a crash in downtown Lincoln.

The two-vehicle crash happened around 4:15 p.m. at 14th and L streets.

A Chrysler Pacifica was heading west on L Street when it went through a red light, police said.

The Chrysler crashed into a northbound Subaru Outback, causing it to roll onto its roof, according to LPD.

Two people in the Chrysler and the driver of the Subaru were taken to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.

Police said the driver of the Chrysler was later cited on suspicion of failure to obey a traffic-control device.
