10 Husker defenders receive Blackshirts ahead of season opener
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Nebraska football announced the 10 Husker defenders who received Blackshirts ahead of Thursday’s season opener.
Javin Wright, Ceyair Wright, Malcolm Hartzog Jr., DeShon Singleton, Marques Buford Jr., Andrew Marshall, Cameron Lenhardt, Dasan McCullough, Elijah Jeudy and Marques Watson-Trent were all seen donning the historic black jerseys in a social media post on Monday night.

The announcement comes before Nebraska kicks off the season against Cincinatti at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City on Thursday.
