Police searching for missing 17-year-old girl in Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lincoln Police Department is seeking help in the search for a missing 17-year-old girl on Thursday.
In a post on social media, LPD said Angeleah Wright was last seen on Aug. 26, just before 8:30 p.m., leaving her home near North 75th Street and Yancy Drive.
MISSING CHILD Lincoln Police need your help locating 17-year-old Angeleah Wright.
She was last seen on Tuesday, August 26, just before 8:30 p.m. leaving her home to go on a walk in the area of Yancy Drive and N. 75th Street in Lincoln.

She was wearing a purple shirt and a pink bonnet. Police said Wright is 5-foot-2, weighs about 165 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Wright was reported missing Tuesday evening and LPD has been working “diligently with family and friends to find her.”
