Murray leads No. 1 Huskers to eighth straight sweep in win over Michigan State

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The No. 1-ranked Nebraska volleyball team completed its eighth straight sweep on Friday, beating Michigan State on the road.
The Huskers won 25-15, 25-18, 25-20 at the Breslin Center.
As a team, Nebraska boasted a .383 hitting percentage compared to Michigan State’s .209 hitting percentage.
Harper Murray led the Huskers with 13 kills on 26 total swings, finishing the match with a .500 hitting percentage.
Murray also tallied a team-high seven digs, two assists and an ace.
Bergen Reilly paced Nebraska with 32 assists, while Rebekah Allick posted a team-high five blocks.
Karoline Staniszewska led the Spartans with nine kills, four digs and two blocks.
The Huskers will continue their Michigan road trip with a match against the Spartans on Sunday.
