Nebraska women’s basketball snaps three-game skid to rival Creighton

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Nebraska women’s basketball dominated Creighton 80-54 at Pinnacle Bank Arena on Wednesday night.

The first quarter remained close, but a Jessica Petrie buzzer-beater gave the Huskers the spark they needed for the rest of the game.

Nebraska held Creighton to just 14 points in the first half, taking a commanding 21-point lead.
The Huskers wouldn’t look back, scoring 49 points in the second half to grab the home win.
Britt Prince led the way on offense with an 18-point performance.
The Huskers are now 3-0 to start the season.
