Temperatures will feel like the 20s all day across eastern Nebraska. The sun might “try” and make it feel warmer.
A HIGH WIND WATCH is in effect starting Friday morning through Friday night. Wind gusts up to 50-60+ mph will be possible if not LIKELY. Some light snow showers will also occur, meaning blowing snow and reduced visibilities.
STRONG northwest wind gusts up to 55+ mph likely Friday morning and afternoon across Nebraska.
Friday morning and afternoon, blowing snow is expected from northwest Nebraska through eastern Nebraska Friday morning and afternoon. Light accumulations are anticipated, as strong winds will limit totals while reducing visibility at times.
