LPD: Thousands stolen from safe in south Lincoln McDonald’s

Lincoln Police are investigating reports that someone stole thousands of dollars from a south Lincoln McDonald’s. 

LPD said the restaurant’s manager reported the money was missing from a locked safe early Friday morning. 

Police are working through surveillance video from the store’s multiple cameras.
