Saturday brings cold temperatures and wet/heavy snow across northeast & eastern Nebraska. Winds will be breezy Saturday night making snow accumulations minimal. The warmer air will also melt the snow by Sunday morning.
Saturday:
Through Saturday night, An area of 1-2″ of snow possible into far northeast Nebraska. Warm air will melt the snow quickly by Sunday morning. The further south you are the less snow Trace-0.50″. This map is through Saturday night.

A big time warming trend starts February! Much of the western U.S will experience above average temperatures.
Friday will be cold, blustery and dry. Saturday into Sunday light snow/mix out west before moving east late Saturday into Sunday morning. By next week, a warming trend could be in store! Temperatures getting back into the 40s with some light precipitation possible Tuesday.
