Mother of Hannah Neville expresses gratitude after suspects in triple homicide investigation are arraigned

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Three of the four new suspects tied to the deaths of Hannah Neville, Roberto Tanner, and their unborn child made their first formal court appearance Thursday.
Prosecutors arraigned Kendall Hathorne, Sheena Miller, and Ammie Mitchell at the Lancaster County Court. Each suspect was charged with two counts of accessory to first-degree murder and one count of tampering with physical evidence.
The charges stem from what investigators believe was the murder Neville and Tanner by Sterling James and Sayde Titus, who’s also accused of assisting.

Court documents say the penalties for each accessory charge could carry up to 20 years in prison. A count of tampering with physical evidence could carry up to 50 years. A judge agreed to hold each suspect on a 1 million dollar bond.
Neville’s mother Amanda released a statement to Channel 8 following the arraignments.
“While this is an incredibly difficult time for our family, we want to say how deeply grateful we are to everyone working so hard on this case. We are thankful for our community near and far for the many agencies and individuals working tirelessly behind the scenes, and for the news media who continue to share Hannah and Rynlee’s story with care.”
Court documents say the fourth suspect, Matthew Lickliter, will be arraigned on Friday.
