Two arrested in connection with large-scale drug distribution network

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Two Lincoln residents were arrested on July 22 by the Lincoln-Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force.

Matthew Skibicki, 46, and Anthony Rimmer, 47, were arrested on charges of possession of money in violation of 28-416 (money used to facilitate a drug violation) and delivery, manufacture and intent to distribute controlled substance.

According to the report, the investigation involved a larger-scale drug distribution network where Skibicki allegedly directed Rimmer to make steroids and use the U.S. Postal Service to distribute them.

Search warrants were served on local storage units, vehicles and three residences. The LLCNTF seized hundreds of pounds of raw products, paraphernalia, packaging material and more than $70,000 in cash.
