Tip leads Lincoln Police to cocaine, meth, and marijuana

A 26-year-old Lincoln man is behind bars after a tip led police to his front door.
On Saturday, March 3 officers went to a home near 41st and M Streets after receiving a tip about drug dealing happening at the home.
Twenty-six year-old Roshaun Rucks answered the door and officers could smell burnt marijuana and saw drug paraphernalia.
After obtaining a search warrant, Lincoln Police found 4.6 grams of cocaine on Rucks along with $3,100 in cash.
Inside the home officers found an additional 70 grams of cocaine, various pills, and suspected methamphetamine.
Rucks was arrested for delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school and possession of money while violating the previous charge.
