Both he and the team made the news official on X today.
Essegian missed a majority of this past campaign due to a season-ending ankle injury he suffered against Winthrop.

The Wisconsin transfer averaged 10.7 points per game in the 2024-25 season, while shooting 37.7% from beyond the arc.
