Bomb threat at Beatrice Community Hospital turns out to be false alarm

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A bomb threat at the Beatrice Community Hospital overnight on Tuesday turned out to be a false alarm, officials said.
According to officials, a caller indicated bombs and shooters had been placed outside the hospital.
The hospital said that after a search, no threats were found.
“Thank you to our staff and to local law enforcement for their quick actions to assess the situation, to care for patients and to determine the area was safe,” the hospital said on social media.
Officials said there was no damage or injuries, and they will continue to work with law enforcement in their investigation.
