Big Ten Conference announces Nebraska volleyball’s opponents for 2026 season

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Big Ten Conference on Monday announced its volleyball opponent rotations for the 2026 season.
With the addition of the first-ever Big Ten Conference Tournament in 2026, teams will play 17 conference games instead of 20.

The conference schedule will act as a single round-robin, ensuring every team competes against each other annually.
Nebraska will play nine home matches and eight away matches this fall.
The Huskers will host Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio State, Purdue, Rutgers, UCLA, USC and Wisconsin.
Nebraska will hit the road to take on Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State, Northwestern, Oregon, Penn State and Washington.
According to the conference, rotations will operate on a two-year cycle, so Nebraska’s home and away matches will flip for 2027.
The conference said the dates, times and television coverage will be announced later.
