Part of 27th Street closed due to emergency water main repairs

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Lincoln Transportation and Utilities Department (LTU) announced that northbound South 27th Street between Franklin Street and Arlington Avenue is currently closed.

The street is closed due to emergency water main repairs. The estimated timeframe is still being evaluated.

LTU’s recommended detour is South Street to 17th Street to A Street.
