Cass County Board of Commissioners unanimously vote for data center moratorium
CASS COUNTY. Neb. (KLKN) — This morning, the Cass County Board of Commissioners hosted a public hearing regarding a data center moratorium and regulations.
The board voted 5-0 to approve a 12-month moratorium on permits for data centers.
As they work to address concerns, proposed data center regulations have been tabled until Sep. 22.
