Northwest Lincoln fire causes $30,000 in damage
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Around 3:30 p.m. today, a garage caught fire near Northwest 7th Street and Fletcher Avenue.
Lincoln Fire and Rescue (LFR), Lincoln Police Department and Lincoln Electric System were all on scene.
According to LFR, the Fire Inspector determined the cause of fire in the garage to be careless disposal of smoking materials.
The fire caused $30,000 worth of damage to the residence and all occupants were evacuated.
