New reseating process announced following Memorial Stadium renovation

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Memorial Stadium is undergoing a major renovation. The renovation will bring changes to seating arrangements for season ticket holders.

Nebraska Athletics announced an overview of the project, including new concessions, chairback seats and more.

According to Nebraska Athletics, general public season tickets will start at $299 for the 2028 season. An estimated 5,000 seats will be available at that price.

About 25% of seats available to the public will not require a priority seating contribution.

The student section will be moved closer to the field to “turn the south end zone into a true fortress of sound.”

A reseating process will take place starting in spring 2027, according to Nebraska Athletics. Season ticket holders will be automatically enrolled and be prioritized during the process.
