Red Cloud Community Schools announces death of a second-grade student

RED CLOUD, Neb. (KLKN) — On Sept. 24, Red Cloud Community Schools announced the passing of one of their second-grade students.

Red Cloud Community Schools said teachers and staff are offering support to students at school. Along with that, they are providing spaces for children to talk, ask questions or have a trusted adult near.

A crisis support team was at the elementary and secondary schools to provide support for staff and students, Red Cloud Community Schools said in a social media post.
