City crews finish plowing Lincoln’s residential streets

City officials say residential plowing of Lincoln streets  has been completed. 

Crews are still working to inspect and clean up areas needing additional attention. 

The City lifted its snow emergency at 11 a.m. Friday. 

No parking bans are in effect.
