The girl, who is under the age of 10, said that Michael R. Fisher, 27, molested her at a Lincoln home, according to an arrest affidavit.
Police said Fisher admitted to having sexual contact with the girl, according to the document.
Fisher faces charges of first-degree sexual assault of a child, third-degree sexual assault of a child, and felony child abuse.
A judge set his bond at $250,000 Thursday.
