UPDATE: Lincoln business robbed at gunpoint; police searching for suspects

UPDATE:
Robbers hit a store in central Lincoln Thursday afternoon and police are still searching for them.
They hit the Advance America Cash Advance store near 48th and O streets.
It happened shortly after 1 p.m. Lincoln police said two black men, one with a gun, threatened the employees and got away with some money.
LPD said the robbers left in a black sedan and that they’re still at large.
“Right now, at this point, we’re doing a canvas for video and other witness information,” Sgt. Justin Armstrong said. “So we hope to have more as the investigation proceeds.”
The good news: no one was hurt and police said they don’t believe there is an ongoing threat to the public.

Lincoln Police are searching for two men who reportedly robbed a cash advance store in Lincoln Thursday afternoon.
It happened at Advance America, near 47th and O Street, around 1:30 p.m.
LPD said two masked men entered the store – one of them armed with a gun – and demanded cash.
The men fled in a black sedan with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.
No one was injured in the robbery and police said they do not believe there is an ongoing threat to the public.
