Teen arrested after drugs, cash reportedly found in Lincoln home

An 18-year-old was arrested after officials found drugs and cash in a Lincoln home Tuesday morning. 

The Lincoln Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force served the warrant at 5510 Shady Creek Ct. and took Blaine Hofmeister, 18, into custody. 

Hofmeister had a warrant for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Officials said there was a strong odor of marijuana present in the home, and investigators found two gallon-sized bags of marijuana and cash. 

After obtaining a search warrant, investigators said reportedly seized 1.2 pounds of marijuana, 2.4 oz of THC wax, and around $6,000 in cash.
