Yia-Yia’s Pizza set to open second location in southeast Lincoln

A popular downtown Lincoln pizza shop is hoping to fire up ovens at a second location in southeast Lincoln. 

Yia-Yia’s Pizza and Beer is in the process of opening a new restaurant near 70th and Van Dorn Street, in the space formerly occupied by Oso Burrito. 

The second location, which Yia-Yia’s is hoping to have open in time for Valentine’s Day, would have the same menu as the one downtown, but a more limited beer selection. 

It would also have a beer garden and patio area. 

A January 26 post on the restaurant’s Facebook page said there were open positions available.
