LPD: Man tried to meet teen for sex
A man has been arrested after authorities say he attempted to have sex with a minor.
Lincoln Police say Travis Larkin, 28, was arrested for child enticement with an electronic device after responding to an ad to have sex with a 15-year-old for money.
The arrest was part of a undercover joint effort by LPD and the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force.
