Lincoln Airport to launch focus group

LINCOLN, NE – The Lincoln Airport Authority announced today they are seeking public input on ways to re-imagine the customer experience at the Lincoln airport. According to Executive Director Dave Haring, a focus group is being formed to make recommendations on ways to enhance and improve flying from Lincoln.
“We want to give customers and prospective customers the opportunity to suggest ways to improve and enhance the customer experience,” Haring said.
To accomplish this, a focus group called LNK Voice (Vision of Impressive Customer Experience) will be formed to assess current customer service at the airport and make recommendations on ways to enhance and improve flying from Lincoln.

LNK Voice will meet fives times, once per month from March – July, 2019. Two meetings will be held at the airport and include a behind-the-scenes look at airport operations and the complete process of flying from and to Lincoln. The other three meetings will be held at off-site locations, all will be interactive and include food and beverages. Additional perks

LNK Voice will be comprised of eight to ten members including thought leaders, experts and others.

To apply for the focus group, contact Parsons Public Relations, dan@parsonsinc.net, or text to 402.580.2321.
