Man back in jail after illegally carrying a loaded gun
On Tuesday night, Lincoln Police arrested 25 year old Jesse Ortiz.
LPD initially responded to a call of Ortiz fighting with someone in a car near N. Antelope Valley Parkway & Cornhusker Highway.
Police stopped the vehicle near 16 & X Street, where they found a loaded handgun in his coat pocket.
As a convicted felon, Ortiz was arrested for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
He was also charged with having marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
