Man sentenced for sexual assault of woman at Haymarket bar

A judge has sentenced a man for the sexual assault of a woman at a downtown Lincoln bar.
Court documents say Moses Childs Jr. was sentenced Thursday morning to 19-20 years in prison.
Childs Jr. was arrested after allegedly raping a woman at JJ Hooligans Bar in the Haymarket.
A police report said surveillance video showed the 25-year-old woman being taken by Childs Jr. into an office where they engaged in sexual activity.
The report says the incident happened on August 30th, 2017.
Childs Jr. told police the sex was consensual.
The report says the woman was passed out for a “good portion” of the assault.
