Two pepper sprayed following fight at downtown bar

Shortly after 2 a.m. Friday, Lincoln Police responded to a disturbance at O’Rourke’s Tavern, on 13 & O Street.
Officers were initially called for two females yelling and refusing to leave.
However, when the one Lincoln Police officer arrived, he saw two men fighting outside.
One of the men was the obvious aggressor, and since the officer was alone, he pepper sprayed the man to break up the fight.
When that man was pepper sprayed and couldn’t see, another man, 30 year old Jeremiah Logan of Lincoln, came out of the crowd and tried to attack him.
The officer pepper sprayed Logan, as well, and he tried to flee the scene.
Logan was eventually arrested, and is being charged with disturbing the peace, obstructing a police officer, and resisting arrest.
