One winning Mega Millions ticket purchased in South Carolina

Close to $1.6 billion was up for grabs – a $904 million pay out for a single big winner.
That lottery frenzy sweeping the nation, with people standing in line for hours just to get their hands on a single ticket.
Nebraska saw an uptick in lottery ticket sales as the chance to win grew closer.
In the week of October 14 to October 20, the state grossed more than $3.4 million in ticket sales.
On Sunday, October 21, and Monday, October 22 alone: close to $1 million in sales.
The Mega Millions website has confirmed one winning ticket was drawn in South Carolina.
The winning numbers: 28, 70, 5, 62, 65, with a Mega Ball of 5.
Financial expert Ann-Margaret Carrozza had some advice for the winner: “Don’t call your mother, don’t call your best friend, call your lawyer.”
