EMA activated for Lincoln Man
An Endangered Missing Advisory has been activated to determine the whereabouts of Harry Franklin Bartlett.
The Lincoln Police Department is seeking assistance in locating Harry Franklin Bartlett, WM, 73, 5’5″, 160, wearing black coat, dark hat, blue pants, brown shoes. Driving a tan 1995 Buick Century 4 door, NE license SML-801, with a broken left tail light and rust on fenders. Possibly en route St. Louis, Missouri. Bartlett suffers from a mental disability, vascular dementia and other medical problems. He left under unexplained circumstance without necessary medication and was last seen on 10-11-18 at 1400 hours. If located please contact the Lincoln Police Department at 402-441-6000
