Suspects in Jessica Brandon murder case charged

Two suspects in the murder of a Lincoln woman were charged in court Friday.

Tawhyne Patterson and Damon Williams Jr. were charged with first degree murder.

Channel 8 Eyewitness News broke the story this morning that both men were extradited to Lincoln.  They were arrested in Texas in August and are suspects in the murder case of Jessica Brandon, who was shot during a home invasion on July 31st.

In a Lincoln court this afternoon the official charges were read.

If convicted, they both face life in prison.  Their bonds were set at $5 million each.

A third suspect, Dante Williams is already in jail.

A couple of weeks ago, officials said they were looking for a forth suspect.
