LFR apparatus vote pushed back
On Monday, the Lincoln City Council delayed a resolution to buy new fire engines.
The mayor’s plan would allow surplus funds from the one-quarter cent sales tax to buy new equipment.
LFR’s vehicles have been routinely out of service and frequently need maintenance.
The council pushed their vote back to September 27.
