LPD arrest drunk driver, find drugs and cash in car

Around 12:30 Monday morning Lincoln Police were called to the 2800 block of Starr Street in Northeast Lincoln on reports of a drunk driver.

Police found 21-year-old David McIntyre who told officials he had hit a parked car.

During a search of the car LPD found a marijuana pipe, three bags of marijuana, 73 grams of edible brownies and 6 packages of shatter, prescription pills and $1,187 in cash.

McIntyre was arrested for DUI, careless driving, no insurance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of money while committing the previous crime.
