Roughriders, Buffalo Wild Wings team up for charity fundraiser

Around two dozen members of the Roughriders and Bikers Against Child Abuse gathered at Buffalo Wild Wings for a charity fundraiser Wednesday night.
The restaurant donated 30% of its total sales for the day to the Roughriders, which will in turn use it to give back to various organizations and individuals in need around the city of Lincoln.
The nonprofit Roughriders often provide cash or material donations to people referred to them by friends.
For example, the group gives gifts to struggling families during the Christmas season and recently provided a college student with a new laptop and tuition assistance.
Buffalo Wild Wings manager Ron Johnson says he’s planning on holding an even larger event with the Roughriders later in the year.
