A Lincoln workout studio opened its doors on Monday, making sure locals get their workout with social distancing.

“Tracking all that, managing it,  actually hasn’t been too hard of a transition for us coming back with these new stipulations,” says Morgan Horton, an owner of Fly: A Fitness Revolution. “It’s been more of how do we create that magic with only a third of people being allowed in class.”

Fly: A Fitness Revolution began its in-studio classes today implementing changes like routine cleaning, requiring staff and members to wear masks before and after classes.

When they were closed, they began virtual classes and will continue to do those for members at home.

“We used to have 34 people in a cycle class,” says Horton.  “We now have ten, so it’s really different. So, we space all of our bikes away from each other. Here we space mats, our boxes away from each other so it’s physical distance.”

She adds it’s important to keep exercising to stay healthy, especially during the quarantines.
